Infios 3PL WMS supports a multi-warehouse, multi-client set up of one database and installation.

The inherent workflow tools provides the rules engine that allows for unique customer stock management rules and billing rules to be configured as needed.

Advanced labour management tools allows for benchmarking to be defined and tracked to measure employee performance and productivity.

A web based client portal is available on the WMS. Customers have secure access to view live and historical stock information.

With the eXpressWay middleware solution, Dovetail provides integration between the WMS and a myriad number of ERP solutions.

The WMS provides for full RF processing, voice picking and has the capability to interface with AMRs for more advanced automation.

The WMS provides end user report and dashboard generation. Reports can be scheduled to auto-run at predefined times and be automatically emailed to all stakeholders.

The WMS can be deployed as a full cloud solution, including on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. There is also an options for customers to deploy on premise.
